The Philippines Far East University awarded and bestowed on Mr. Raymond Khattar, Chairman of Blue Chip Global Development (BCGD), Doctor of Humanities in Customary Law International Resource Management in Quezon City, Philippines, June 19, 2024.
Mr. Khattar received the award in a simple Tribal Confirmation Ceremony attended by the Academic and Tribal Leaders of the Alliance in Missions for the Least Reached People Group Incorporated. His valuable contributions have been recognized by 110 Chieftains of the Tribal Groups of the Philippines through the leadership of Rajah Junbert Guigayuma, Customary Chief Justice of the entire Tribal Lands of the Philippines.
Mr. Khattar’s work stemmed from his family’s foundation, GNK Foundation, named after his late brother George Naim Khattar, substantially contributing to the needs of society. As a philanthropist and advocate of Indigenous Peoples’ rights, he continuously works and endeavors to uplift the quality of life and welfare of Asia and Australia’s tribal communities.
